  • Fundamentally changed the way in which product managers established product requirements by providing actionable business strategies based on comprehensive research and insights.
  • Informed business decisions through user interviews, comprehensive competitive analyses, and by validating product designs with rigorous user testing methodologies.
  • Redesigned the subscription cancellation flow, which reduced churn losses of $1.85M (avg) year-over-year.
  • Identified and documented strategic possibilities that lead to 7 high-value priorities in the 2022 to 2024 roadmaps.
